Road Repair Services

Road Crack Sealing

Tanners offers expert road crack sealing services, specialising in sealing damaged pavement areas, along kerbs and channels, and bridge deck sealing, among others.

Crack sealing is a vital process that prevents water and debris from infiltrating asphalt and concrete surfaces, averting further damage. Our high-quality sealing services not only enhance the appearance and safety of roads and car parks but also prevent issues like potholes and rutting from worsening.

We utilise TMR-approved products like SAMI HM and Polyflex 3, which ensure longevity and durability.

Road Profiling

Tanners employ a variety of road profiling solutions, ranging from bobcat-attached road profilers to large one-meter and two-meter road profiling milling machines.

Our bobcat road profilers are ideal for patchwork and tight areas, while large road profilers efficiently mill asphalt and road base surfaces without disturbing the subgrade or base. Profiling integrates multiple processes (excavating the base, crushing material, and filling trucks) simultaneously, effectively reducing project timelines.

We offer versatile profiling services, utilising a network of contractors and in-house bobcat-attached road profilers, tailored to your project requirements.

Road Stabilising

Tanners specialises in road cement stabilising solutions with expertise in small-scale stabilising of damaged road or car park pavements.

This method involves milling base material depths of 100–250 mm using a bobcat road profiler attachment. Cement powder or lime is mixed into the material, firming the base. The area is then sealed with bitumen or re-profiled to a depth of 30–50 mm, followed by asphalt application.

This cost-effective approach targets specific sections of road or car park pavement, making it an efficient solution for localised failures.
